Where you spend your time

Why Marketing teams switch

We know how your week actually goes

What matters to you
  • Never miss a competitor move
Know what rivals change the day they change it, not when a client points it out to you.
  • Reviews answered fast
Every review and mention gets an on-brand reply in hours, across every platform you watch.
  • Reports that don't eat the week
Client packs and recaps assemble themselves so month-end stops costing you a full day.
  • The newsletter actually ships
Drafts land on your desk on schedule instead of slipping to next week, every week.
  • Campaigns reach the right list
Segments stay clean and accurate so every send goes to the people who should get it.
  • Create more, compile less
Spend your hours on the work only you can do, not copy-pasting numbers into decks.

And hundreds of other tasks you do manually..

An agent can take a lot off your team's plate. Take a look below to see the time and cost you could save by adding AI agents to your Marketing team's day.

The problem

Where the hours go

  • Keeping up with competitor moves means manually checking sites and pricing pages nobody has time for.

An agent watches competitor pages on a schedule, diffs what changed, and posts only the real changes to Slack.

  • Reviews and brand mentions go unanswered for days because no one is watching every channel at once.

An agent monitors reviews and mentions, drafts on-brand responses, and queues them for your approval.

  • Client report packs eat a full day at month-end, pulling numbers, formatting decks, writing the summary.

An agent assembles each client's report on schedule and drafts the narrative, leaving you to add the strategy.

  • The newsletter slips every week because drafting from scratch is the task that always gets bumped.

An agent drafts the newsletter from your recent work and notes, ready for you to edit and approve.

Triggers

Your Agent wakes up Automatically whenever something happens

Your agents watch the apps you already use and act the moment something happens, usually within about a minute, handle it based on your instructions, 24/7.

WhenA competitor changes a key pagefires within about a minute
The agent automatically

When the daily watch spots a real change on a competitor's pricing, product, or home page, the agent summarizes exactly what changed, notes why it might matter, and drafts a suggested response or counter-angle, then posts it to your marketing channel for you to act on.

Trust & control

You stay in control

An agent doing marketing work in your name only earns trust if you stay in control. Actionist is built so you decide what it can do, see everything it did, and own all of it.

You approve what goes out

By default the agent drafts and waits. Replies, newsletters, and reports need your sign-off, and you widen autonomy only where it has consistently gotten it right.

Destructive actions always ask

Anything that deletes, sends to customers, or can't be undone stops for explicit approval, no matter how much autonomy you have granted elsewhere.

A full audit trail

Every page the agent read and every action it took is logged, so you can always see exactly what happened and why.

Your data stays yours

It is encrypted, never used to train models, and if you need everything on your own infrastructure you can self-host on a VPS.

Industries

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does an agent monitor competitors and reviews without an API?
It uses computer use on the desktop, the agent opens pages and reads them the way you would, then compares them against what it saw before from memory. That means it can watch sites and review profiles that have no integration at all, and surface only what actually changed.
Will the agent post replies or send the newsletter on its own?
Only if you choose to let it. By default it drafts review responses, newsletters, and reports and waits for your approval. Approval modes let you move from suggest, to ask each time, to guarded auto on the cases you trust, and anything destructive always asks first.
What if it drafts a review reply or report that's off?
In the default modes nothing publishes without your sign-off, so an off draft is something you fix before it goes out, never something a customer sees. As you build trust you can widen autonomy where it has consistently gotten it right.
Which tools does this connect to?
Any app in the Actionist catalog you connect, Google Analytics for traffic and funnel data, Mailchimp or your email platform for newsletters and list segments, Google Business Profile for reviews, Google Docs for reports, Slack for delivery, plus your connected social accounts. The agent reads and writes through those connections.
How does the agent learn our brand voice?
You give it examples and describe your tone in plain language, and it keeps a memory of your past work to draw on. You refine it by editing its drafts, the same way you would coach a junior copywriter, until the voice is consistently yours.
Where does our data live, and is it used to train AI?
Your data stays yours, it is encrypted, never used to train models, and every action the agent takes is logged so you can audit what it read and did. If you need everything on your own infrastructure, you can self-host on a VPS.
How quickly does it pick up a new event registration or mention?
Triggered tasks poll on a short interval, so a new webinar registration or inbound event is usually picked up within about a minute. Scheduled tasks like monitoring and reports run on the cadence you set.
Where do the reports and alerts show up?
Actionist delivers to Telegram and Slack (the two supported channels) so competitor diffs, mention digests, and report-ready notices land in the channel your team already watches, and you can reply there to direct the agent.
