Where you spend your time

Why Automotive Marketing teams switch

We know how your week actually goes

What matters to you
  • Every car listed right, everywhere
Price, photos, and status match on the website and every third-party listing site, so shoppers never find a stale ad.
  • Reviews answered in the lot's own voice
Each new review has a reply drafted for you, and the unhappy ones go to the manager who owns the deal.
  • Service bays filled by reminders that land
Owners near their next interval get an approved reminder with open slots, and opt-outs are respected.
  • Ad budget watched, co-op claimed
Spend is paced against budget and the proof a manufacturer wants for co-op is gathered as the ads run.
  • Ads that match the current factory offers
Ads change when an incentive starts or ends, and drafts are checked for the disclosures your compliance lead requires.
  • Built around your marketing desk
These are examples. Build a custom agent for any marketing job you repeat.

And hundreds of other tasks you do manually..

An agent can take a lot off your team's plate. Take a look below to see the time and cost you could save by adding AI agents to your Automotive Marketing team's day.

The problem

Where the hours go

  • A used car gets marked down on Tuesday, the website changes Wednesday, and the third-party sites show last week's price until a shopper arrives quoting it, so the lot argues over a price it already moved.

An agent watches the inventory sheet for price and status changes, updates each listing site in the cloud, and lists any ad that does not match for a person to confirm.

  • Reviews pile up across Google, DealerRater, and Yelp, replies get written whenever there is a quiet hour, and a one-star review about a service bill sits unanswered for days while it shapes what the next shopper believes.

An agent gathers new reviews each morning, drafts a reply in the lot's voice, and passes low-star ones to the manager who owns the deal or repair, so every review has a response waiting for approval.

  • The service reminder list gets built from the DMS in a rush before a slow month, includes owners who opted out, and goes out without anyone knowing which version of the offer actually filled the bays.

An agent builds the service-due list on schedule, strips opt-outs and bounces, drafts the reminder with open slots, and reports next week which message booked appointments.

  • Ads keep running for an incentive the manufacturer ended last week, budget drains on models the lot has sold, and co-op reimbursement is claimed late because nobody saved the ad copy and run dates.

An agent checks live ads against the current offer sheet, flags spend on sold-down models, and files each ad with its dates as it runs, so co-op proof is ready when the manufacturer asks.

Triggers

Your Agent wakes up Automatically whenever something happens

Your agents watch the apps you already use and act the moment something happens, usually within about a minute, handle it based on your instructions, 24/7.

WhenA new arrival is added to the inventory sheetfires within about a minute
The agent automatically

When a new unit appears in the inventory sheet, the agent picks it up within about a minute, writes a description from the trim and condition notes, puts the photos in the order each site wants, and prepares the listing for the website and third-party sites. Nothing goes live until the marketing manager approves it.

What your agent runs for you

  • Marketing
    180 min / week
Re-keying price and status on every listing site

Someone logs into the website admin and each third-party site after every markdown and every sale, one unit at a time, and still misses a stale ad.

    Marketing Agent
    0 min
Agent updates listings and lists the mismatches

An agent reads the inventory sheet each day, updates each site in the cloud, and lists any ad that still disagrees for a person to confirm.

  • Marketing
    130 min / week
Reading and answering reviews site by site

A marketer opens Google, DealerRater, and Yelp in turn, copies the new reviews to a doc, and writes each reply from a blank box between other jobs.

    Marketing Agent
    0 min
Agent gathers reviews and drafts the replies

An agent collects new reviews every morning, drafts each reply in the lot's voice, and sends low-star reviews to the right manager with the visit details.

  • Marketing
    150 min / week
    Building the service reminder list

Someone exports the customer file, removes opt-outs and duplicates by hand, and writes the reminder the night before the send, with no idea afterward which one booked service.

Agent builds the clean list and the draft

An agent builds the service-due list weekly, strips opt-outs and bounces, drafts the reminder with open slots, and reports which message booked appointments.

  • Marketing
    100 min / week
    Gathering co-op proof of performance

At month-end a marketer hunts for old ad copies, invoices, and run dates to satisfy the manufacturer's reimbursement request, and some ads can no longer be found.

    Marketing Agent

Agent files each ad with its dates as it runs

An agent archives every ad and offer with its run dates and invoice as it goes live, so the co-op pack is assembled in minutes.

  • Marketing
    90 min / week
Pulling the monthly marketing report together

The marketer exports ad, website, and review numbers from separate dashboards and rebuilds the same slide for the general manager every month.

Agent assembles the report for review

An agent pulls spend, leads by source, reviews, and campaign results into one draft slide with a plain note on what moved, ready for the marketer to edit.

Trust & control

You stay in control

An agent that touches your public profiles, your ads, and your customer lists only earns its place if you stay in control. Actionist is built so you see what it opened, approve what the public sees, and keep every list and account as your own.

Public replies and posts wait for you

Review replies, profile posts, social captions, and campaign emails are drafted and queued for sign-off. Nothing goes live unless you widen autonomy through Approval Modes.

Offers and prices stay a human call

The agent checks drafts against the offer sheet and lists missing disclosures. Your marketing manager and compliance lead decide what an ad may say.

Opt-outs and consent are respected

Reminder lists drop opted-out contacts, and delivery photos are only drafted for buyers who agreed to be featured.

Your accounts and lists stay yours

You choose which ad accounts, profiles, and DMS screens the agent can open, and none of your customer data is used to train AI models.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does my dealership marketing team need to be technical to use Actionist?
No. Actionist is built for marketing managers and coordinators, not developers. You describe how your listings, reviews, and service campaigns work in plain language, connect the apps you already use, and the agent handles the rest. Most tools need no API setup because the agent operates the screen the way a person would.
How do I get started with an agent for our marketing desk?
Book a free demo. An Actionist team member picks the job that costs you the most time, whether that is listing updates, review replies, or the service reminder list, and builds a working example you can test on your own accounts. Most teams have a first agent running within a day of the demo.
How do I make customised AI agents for how our marketing team actually works?
You describe the agent's role, the apps it may open, and the approval rule for each kind of action. For listings you say which sites to update and what counts as a mismatch; for reminders you say which owners to include. The agent applies those rules every run, and you adjust them as your offers and seasons change.
How quickly can I set up a marketing agent for the lot?
A first agent, such as one that reads new reviews each morning and drafts replies into Slack, can be running within hours of the demo. Jobs that span the inventory sheet, several listing sites, and your email tool usually take one to three days of tuning, tested on a few units before it touches the whole lot.
Where does our customer list live, and is it used to train AI?
Your customer lists, reviews, and campaign data stay yours and are never used to train an AI model. Everything the agent reads and writes is logged in an audit trail, you choose which accounts and screens it can open, and you can self-host if the data must stay on your own infrastructure. Opt-outs are checked before any list is built.
Our listing sites and DMS have no API. Can an agent still update them?
Yes. On its cloud machine, the agent uses computer use: it opens the website admin, a listing site, or the DMS customer file the way a person does, reads the screen, and makes the change. That is how it updates a price on a site that nothing connects to through an API.
Will the agent post a reply or send a campaign without me seeing it first?
No. Review replies, profile posts, social captions, and campaign emails are drafted and queued for your approval in Slack or your inbox. You can widen autonomy for steps you trust through Approval Modes, but anything the public or a customer will read starts as a draft.
Could an agent write an ad that breaks advertising or finance disclosure rules?
It can only draft, and a person decides what an ad says. The agent compares drafts with the manufacturer's offer sheet and lists any disclosure your compliance lead requires that is missing, but it does not give legal advice or approve an ad. Final wording and compliance sign-off stay with your team.
How does it handle customer photos and permission for delivery posts?
It only drafts a just-delivered caption for buyers your team has recorded as agreeing to be featured, and the post still waits for your approval. Buyers without a recorded yes are skipped and listed so a person can ask. Photos stay in your own folders, and the agent never publishes on its own.
