Where you spend your time

Why Compliance teams switch

We know how your week actually goes

What matters to you
  • Regulatory changes caught early
Updates are mapped to the specific policy they affect, not just read and forgotten.
  • Attestations that actually finish
Policy sign-offs are chased until every employee has completed theirs, not left at 80 percent.
  • Training completion, not just assignment
Overdue training gets chased before the deadline closes, not discovered after.
  • Evidence ready before the ask
Control evidence is pulled and filed continuously, not scrambled together at audit time.
  • Questionnaires answered, not re-written
Security questionnaire answers draft from your last approved response, not a blank page.
  • Deadlines that never lapse quietly
Filing and certification dates are tracked so nothing renews or expires unnoticed.

And hundreds of other tasks you do manually..

An agent can take a lot off your team's plate. Take a look below to see the time and cost you could save by adding AI agents to your Compliance team's day.

The problem

Where the hours go

  • Policy sign-offs get chased through a spreadsheet, one employee at a time, and the tracker is always a week behind who actually signed.

An agent sends the attestation, tracks who has signed, and chases the rest automatically, so the tracker reflects reality.

  • Required training gets assigned and then forgotten about until someone runs a report right before the deadline and finds people still incomplete.

An agent checks completion daily, chases employees before the deadline, and escalates to the manager when it still lapses.

  • Audit evidence gets scrambled together the week before the audit, pulling screenshots and exports from a dozen systems nobody documented.

An agent pulls and files evidence continuously through the quarter, so the binder is mostly ready before the auditor's kickoff call.

  • The same security questionnaire questions get re-answered from scratch for every prospect because the last good answer lives in an old email thread.

An agent drafts each answer from your last approved response and flags only the genuine gaps for you to fill.

Triggers

Your Agent wakes up Automatically whenever something happens

Your agents watch the apps you already use and act the moment something happens, usually within about a minute, handle it based on your instructions, 24/7.

WhenA regulator or standards body publishes an updatefires within about a minute
The agent automatically

When the daily watch spots a real change on a regulator, standards body, or framework page your program follows, the agent reads what changed, checks it against your current policies and controls, and posts a note naming the specific policy affected and whether a review is needed, so a real change never sits unmapped until someone stumbles on it.

Trust & control

You stay in control

An agent touching policies, training records, and audit evidence only earns its place if you stay in control of every draft and every send. Actionist is built so you decide what goes out, see everything it did, and own all of it.

You approve what goes to an auditor or customer

By default the agent drafts evidence packages, questionnaire answers, and policy updates and waits. Nothing reaches an auditor or a customer until you sign off.

Destructive actions always ask first

Anything that deletes a record, overwrites a policy, or sends externally stops for explicit approval, no matter how much autonomy you have granted elsewhere.

A full audit trail of its own

Every page the agent read and every action it took is logged, so you can show exactly how a piece of evidence was gathered if anyone asks.

Your data stays yours

Policy content, training records, and evidence are encrypted, never used to train models, and can be self-hosted on your own VPS if your program requires it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does my compliance team need to be technical to set this up?
No. You describe the policy, the training program, or the evidence you need in plain English and Actionist sets up the agent. Most compliance teams have an attestation-chasing agent and an evidence-collection agent running the same day they start, no code and no API keys.
How do I get started?
Connect the apps your program already runs on (your policy library, your LMS, your evidence store, and your CRM or inbox for questionnaires), describe the policies, training, and controls you track, and Actionist takes it from there. You approve the first few drafts and the agent learns your standards.
How do I build a custom AI agent for a compliance workflow that is specific to us?
Every compliance program has workflows the template agents do not cover exactly, from a bespoke vendor intake flow to a framework-specific evidence checklist. In Actionist you can build a custom AI agent for any compliance task your team repeats. Describe the steps and the apps involved and the agent takes it from there.
How quickly can I set Actionist up for the compliance team?
Most teams start with an attestation-chasing agent and a training-completion agent and have both running the same day. Connect your policy library and LMS, describe your policies and deadlines, and add the evidence-collection and questionnaire agents once the first two are dialled in.
Where does our compliance data and evidence live, and is it used to train AI?
Your data stays yours. Policy content, training records, and evidence are encrypted, never used to train models, and every action the agent takes is logged so you can show exactly how a piece of evidence was gathered. If your program requires everything on your own infrastructure, you can self-host on a VPS.
What if our GRC platform, policy wiki, or LMS has no API Actionist can connect to?
Because Actionist uses computer use in the cloud, it operates your policy library, LMS, and evidence trackers the way a person would, by reading the screen and taking action directly. That means it works with tools that have no API, including internal wikis and older platforms that predate integrations.
Will it send an attestation, an evidence package, or a questionnaire answer without me checking it first?
Only if you choose to let it. By default the agent drafts attestations, evidence summaries, and questionnaire answers and queues them for your review. Approval modes let you move from suggest, to ask each time, to guarded auto on the repetitive tasks you trust, and anything that reaches an auditor or a customer externally always asks first.
Can this replace our SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit, or make us compliant on its own?
No, and we do not claim it does. Actionist does not certify your program or replace your auditor. It collects, organizes, and drafts the evidence and reports your compliance team and auditor review, and the audit judgment and final sign-off stay entirely human.
How does it keep up with more than one regulatory framework at once?
You tell it which regulators, standards bodies, and frameworks your program tracks, and it reads those specific pages on a schedule and keeps a memory of what it has already flagged. You refine it over time by correcting which changes actually matter, the same way you would brief a new compliance analyst.
