AI workforce for Restaurants Founders & Executives

AI agents for founders and executives in restaurants

Actionist is an AI automation tool whose agents operate the apps restaurant founders already use, from a morning brief assembled before service to a Monday trading review and lender packs waiting for your sign-off.

Restaurant owners get back the hours lost to chasing numbers, sorting the inbox, and assembling packs.

01

Where you spend your time

Why Restaurants Founders & Executives teams switch

We know how your week actually goes

A restaurant owner runs the floor at night and the business in the gaps. The numbers sit in the till, a spreadsheet, and three managers' heads, and the landlord's email sits unread under forty supplier messages.

Actionist builds agents that assemble the picture and chase the missing pieces, and leave every decision about money, people, and strategy with you.

What matters to you
  • A brief before service starts
Yesterday's takings, tonight's bookings, and what needs you today, in one message instead of five apps.
  • Labour caught while it can be fixed
A week where wages run ahead of sales is flagged on Tuesday, not discovered at month end.
  • Packs that build themselves
The lender, landlord, and investor figures drafted from live numbers, ready for you to check.
  • Managers who report on time
Weekly sheets chased and scorecards built so the Monday meeting starts with facts.
  • Guest sentiment at a glance
Ratings across every site rolled into one weekly view, with the recurring complaints named.
  • A new site that stays on track
Milestones, quotes, and spend against budget kept in one place for the owner.

And hundreds of other tasks you do manually..

An agent can take a lot off your team's plate. Take a look below to see the time and cost you could save by adding AI agents to your Restaurants Founders & Executives team's day.

The problem

Where the hours go

  • The owner pieces together how last week went from the till, a spreadsheet, and a text from each manager, so the Monday numbers arrive on Wednesday and the wage overspend is already history.

An agent reads the sales and wage rows, builds the trading review draft by 07:30 on Monday, and flags labour that ran ahead of sales, so you decide with the facts in front of you.

  • The landlord's email about the rent review sits unread under supplier offers, and the bank asks for figures the day before a meeting.

An agent puts the landlord, bank, and accountant first, summarises what each wants, and drafts the pack so a person only checks and sends.

  • Three sites each report in their own format, so the owner cannot compare a Friday night in one place with another without rebuilding the table.

An agent reads each manager's sheet into one scorecard, chases the missing ones, and builds the Monday agenda from what moved.

  • A refurb for the next site runs on quotes in email, a rough budget in a sheet, and the owner's memory, so slippage shows only when the invoice lands.

An agent keeps milestones, quotes, and spend against budget in one tracker and flags a line near its limit for the owner to decide.

Triggers

Your Agent wakes up Automatically whenever something happens

Your agents watch the apps you already use and act the moment something happens, usually within about a minute, handle it based on your instructions, 24/7.

WhenA priority sender writes to the ownerfires within about a minute
The agent automatically

When the landlord, bank, accountant, or a named supplier emails the owner, the agent reads it within about a minute, writes a two-line summary, and posts it to the owner's private channel with a drafted reply. The reply waits for approval and nothing is sent unseen.

Trust & control

You stay in control

An agent that reads your takings, your bank figures, and your inbox only earns trust if you stay in control. Actionist is built so you see everything it drafted, approve anything that leaves the business, and keep every decision.

Anything outbound waits for you

Replies, nudges to managers, and packs for a lender or landlord are drafted and held for approval unless you widen autonomy through Approval Modes.

Decisions on money and people stay yours

The agent prepares figures for pricing, hiring, spend, and strategy. It never moves money, approves a payment, or decides a position.

Every figure shows its source

Ask for the till report, sheet row, or book entry behind any number and check it before you use it in front of a bank or investor.

Your financial data stays yours

Banking, payroll, and lease information is used for the task you set, never to train a model, and every action is logged for you to review.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does a restaurant owner need to be technical to use Actionist?
No. You describe the brief you want, the numbers you watch, and the people you report to in plain language, connect the apps you already use, and the agent follows. There is no code to write and an owner-operator can set it up.
How do I get started as a restaurant founder with an agent?
Start with the morning brief. Connect the till, calendar, and inbox, and ask the agent for yesterday's headline and the day's priorities. Book a free demo, compare the brief with what you would have built, and then add the Monday review and the packs.
Can I build a custom agent for how my group is run?
Yes. Start from the Executive Assistant or build a custom agent for your own routine, such as a pop-up launch tracker or a franchise partner report. Telegram and Slack are the chat channels it reports to, and the catalogue covers hundreds of apps.
How quickly can I get the morning brief running?
Most owners connect the till, calendar, and inbox in a short session, and the first brief can be ready the next morning. Scheduled tasks run at the times you set, and triggered ones such as a message from your landlord are picked up within about a minute.
My till and booking system have no shared connection. How does the agent read them?
The agent uses computer use: it opens each tool and reads the screen the way a person would, so it works with software that has no integration. It reads the reports you already look at, and it needs no developer to set up.
Will it send anything to my bank, landlord, or investors without my approval?
No, not by default. Packs, replies, and updates are drafted and held for your approval before they go to anyone outside the business. Approval Modes let you widen autonomy on routine items once you trust it, and anything consequential keeps asking.
Can it make decisions about pricing, wages, or spend?
No. It prepares the facts, such as labour percentage, prime cost, or quotes side by side, and you decide. It does not move money, approve a payment, change a menu price, or alter a rota.
Is my financial and lease data safe, and is it used to train models?
Your data stays yours and is not used to train any AI model. Banking, payroll, and lease information is used only for the tasks you set, and every action is logged. If you need everything on your own infrastructure, you can self-host on a VPS.
How does it work for a group with several sites?
Each site's manager reports in their own format and the agent reads them into one scorecard and review. You can run one agent across the group or one per site, and each approval still routes to the person responsible.
