AI workforce for Course Creators Founders & Executives

AI agents for course creator founders and executives

Actionist is an AI automation tool whose agents operate the apps your team already uses. Course creator founders can swap the Sunday night launch spreadsheet for a scorecard that assembles itself.

Founders of course businesses get back the hours lost to launch spreadsheets, revenue digests, and sponsor inbox triage.

Where you spend your time

Why Course Creators Founders & Executives teams switch

We know how your week actually goes

What matters to you
  • A go/no-go pack before cart-open
Enrolment cap, waitlist depth, and ad spend gathered so you decide with the numbers in front of you.
  • A revenue digest you never build
MRR, active students, and completion rate land from Stripe and Kajabi every Monday morning.
  • The next course chosen with evidence
Student requests, survey answers, and sales data summarised into one decision pack.
  • Sponsor and JV requests sorted
Podcast, summit, and partner pitches summarised with a recommended reply drafted for you.
  • Platform rules and copycats watched
Terms changes and resold copies of your course flagged to you with the evidence attached.
  • Decisions logged, owners clear
Every call you make is recorded with an owner and a due date so nothing quietly evaporates.

And hundreds of other tasks you do manually..

An agent can take a lot off your team's plate. Take a look below to see the time and cost you could save by adding AI agents to your Course Creators Founders & Executives team's day.

The problem

Where the hours go

  • The go or no-go call on cart-open is made from five tabs and a half-finished sheet, because nobody has time to count places, waitlist, spend, and last cohort's refunds together.

An agent assembles one scorecard from Kajabi, Stripe, and your ad dashboards before the launch call, and you make the decision.

  • The Sunday night revenue digest is a ritual of copying from Stripe into a sheet, and it still arrives with last month's active student count.

An agent pulls MRR, active students, and completion into the Monday digest in Slack, ready to read over coffee.

  • Sponsor, summit, and joint venture pitches pile up unread, so good partners wait weeks while weak ones eat an afternoon.

An agent summarises each pitch against your audience, drafts a reply for approval, and you pick which to pursue.

  • Nobody is watching platform terms or resold copies of your course, so you find out when a student mentions it or a payment gets held.

An agent scans on a schedule and brings you the change or the copy with evidence attached, so you can decide what to do.

Triggers

Your Agent wakes up Automatically whenever something happens

Your agents watch the apps you already use and act the moment something happens, usually within about a minute, handle it based on your instructions, 24/7.

The agent automatically

Within about a minute of the date appearing on your launch calendar, the Launch Desk Agent starts assembling places from Kajabi, refund history from Stripe, and spend from your launch sheet into a scorecard in Google Docs. You decide whether to open, delay, or change the offer; the agent only prepares the picture.

Trust & control

You stay in control

A founder desk handles the numbers, contracts, and relationships that shape the business, so you stay in control. Agents prepare and summarise; you decide.

Decisions always stay with you

Go or no-go, which course to build, which sponsor to accept, and what to pay are your calls. The agent prepares the evidence and stops there.

Drafts wait for your approval

Replies to sponsors, partners, and advisors are drafted and queued. Nothing leaves in your name until you approve it, unless you widen that yourself.

Contracts go to your lawyer

Summaries point you to the clauses worth a second look. They are not legal advice, and the full document always goes to your legal adviser.

Your business data stays yours

Revenue, student numbers, and partner terms are kept private and never used to train models. You can self-host if you need the data on your own server.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be technical to set this up for my course business?
No. You describe the job in plain words and connect Kajabi, Stripe, and your sheet, the way you would brief an assistant. Most course founders start with the Monday revenue digest because it needs only Stripe and the platform you already use.
How do I get started with my first agent?
Begin with one repeatable job: the weekly revenue digest or the launch scorecard. Connect Stripe, your course platform, and Slack, run it in Suggest mode for a couple of weeks, and widen autonomy only where it has been right.
How do I make a customised AI agent for how my business actually works?
Describe the job, the tools it touches, and the point where you want to approve. A founder might ask for a quarterly backer note, a sponsor rate card check, or a refund spike alert. The agents shown here are examples, not the limit.
How quickly can I set Actionist up before my next launch?
A first agent, such as the digest, can run within a day of connecting your tools. A fuller launch scorecard takes a little longer because it reads Kajabi, Stripe, and your launch sheet. Plan a week ahead of cart-open for the full set-up.
Will it make the go or no-go decision on my launch?
No. The Launch Desk Agent gathers places, waitlist, spend, and last refund rate into a scorecard. You decide whether to open, delay, or change the offer. Strategy, pricing, and partner choices stay with you.
Can it summarise a sponsor or partner contract?
It can list payment dates, exclusivity, and termination wording and highlight unusual clauses. It does not give legal advice or tell you to sign. The summary goes to you with the full document, and your lawyer makes the legal call.
Will it reply to sponsors or advisors without my approval?
Not by default. Every reply is drafted and queued in Slack or Telegram for your approval. Approval Modes let you widen autonomy on routine acknowledgements, while anything involving money or commitments always asks first.
My tools do not share an API. Can it still read my numbers?
Yes. Where an app has a connection, Actionist uses it. Where it does not, the agent operates the screen the way you would, which covers admin pages in platforms that do not expose revenue reports. Screen automation runs in the cloud.
Where does my revenue and student data live, and is it used to train AI?
Your data stays yours and is not used to train models. Agents read only the apps you connect, and everything they touched is logged so you can audit it. If you need it on your own infrastructure, you can self-host on a server.
