Where you spend your time

Your time is money

We know how your week actually goes

Independent advisory firms and wealth managers are not short on clients wanting help; they are short on hours in the week. Prospect enquiries, fact-finds, annual reviews, provider paperwork, and compliance files quickly fill an adviser's diary.

Actionist builds AI agents for Financial Advisors that handle the admin around every client relationship, so advisers spend their time advising, not chasing documents. Every agent works the paperwork, never the advice, always for the adviser's sign-off.

What matters to you
  • Speed to first meeting
The adviser who replies first usually books the meeting.
  • Fact-finds that actually get finished
One missing field stalls the whole case behind it.
  • Clients kept on their review cycle
A client who feels forgotten starts asking other firms.
  • Files that are audit-ready
Every KYC document and signed form findable the day compliance asks.
  • Fees collected on time
Cash flow depends on invoices going out and getting paid.
  • Built around your team
These are examples. Build a custom agent for any job you repeat.

And hundreds of other tasks you do manually..

An agent can take a lot off your team's plate. Take a look below to see the time and cost you could save by adding AI agents to your Financial Advisors & Wealth Mgmt team's day.

Triggers and Reactions

Your Agent wakes up Automatically whenever something happens

WhenA new prospect enquiry landsfires within about a minute
The agent automatically

The moment a website form, referral email, or portal message arrives, the agent reads it within about a minute, checks it against your minimum investable-assets threshold, drafts a warm first reply offering two slots from the right adviser's calendar, and logs the prospect to your CRM. Every message waits for your one-pass approval before it reaches anyone, so the fastest-replying firm stops winning by default.

Trust & control

You stay in control

An AI agent works in your real systems and around real client money, so staying in control matters more here than almost anywhere. Actionist is built to be supervised: you decide how much each agent does on its own, you approve what reaches a client, and every step is recorded for you to check.

You set the supervision

Choose how much each agent does on its own, from drafting for your approval to handling trusted routine work. Anything destructive, like deleting or cancelling, always asks first, and that cannot be turned off.

Approve from your phone

Agents can reach you over Telegram or Slack, so you approve a reply or an action with one tap, from wherever you are.

Every run is logged

Each run is recorded step by step, with screenshots and a full transcript, so you can see exactly what the agent read and did.

Your data stays yours

Credentials are encrypted in a vault and never shown again, memory stays on your own machine, and you can self-host Actionist on your own server.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Will it actually reply to a new enquiry fast enough, and what does it say?
Yes, and speed is the whole point. The agent watches the inbox your website form and referral emails land in and picks up a new enquiry within about a minute, whatever the hour. It checks the prospect against the criteria you set, drafts a warm first reply offering two meeting slots, and logs the enquiry to your CRM with its source. Until you trust it fully, every reply waits for your approval before it sends. Important: the agent never gives investment advice or discusses a recommendation, it handles the admin around getting the prospect booked in, nothing more.
Our platform back-office and CRM don't have an API. Will it still work?
Almost certainly. Actionist operates your tools the way a person does, by reading the screen and clicking, typing, and navigating, so it reaches software with no API at all: your provider portal, your platform back-office, your CRM. Where an app offers a clean connection it uses it; where it does not, the desktop agent simply works the screen, with your approval. You do not rip anything out or wait for an integration to be built. Screen automation runs on the desktop app.
Will it ever message a client without me seeing it first?
Not unless you decide it should. Approval Modes let you choose, per agent: Suggest (drafts wait for you to send), Ask each time, or Guarded auto for the lowest-risk routine tasks once you trust the pattern. Anything irreversible, cancelling a request, deleting a file, always asks first, and that cannot be switched off. You can approve straight from Telegram or Slack with one tap, so nothing sits waiting on you to open a laptop.
Enquiries and portal requests land after we've closed for the day. What happens then?
The desktop agent works while your computer is on and the app is open, which covers most of a normal working day. For genuine after-hours or weekend cover, no client waiting until Monday for a first reply, Actionist offers a hosted cloud runtime on a paid plan that keeps agents working around the clock. Either way, nothing client-facing sends without the approval settings you've chosen.
Is this replacing my paraplanner or admin support?
No. The agent takes the repetitive admin, chasing a fact-find field, filing a signed form, logging a call note, so your paraplanner and support staff spend their time on the judgement calls, the client conversations, and the case work that actually needs a person. It never writes a suitability recommendation, never gives advice, and never places a trade. Your team decides what goes to a client; the agent just clears the queue in front of them.
Can I build a custom agent for the specific way our practice works?
Yes, that's the point of a custom agent. The teams, tasks, and jobs shown on this page are examples of what's possible, not a fixed list. If your firm has a specific fact-find template, a house style for the annual-review pack, or a particular provider you deal with constantly, you brief a custom agent on it once, the same way you'd brief a new team member, and it works that exact process from then on, always for your approval. Most practices start with one custom agent on their biggest admin drag and add more once they see the hours it gives back.
Our clients' financial data is sensitive. How is it kept safe?
Credentials are encrypted in a vault and never shown again after setup. An agent's working memory of a client's file stays on your own machine, not on a shared server, and none of your data is ever used to train a model. Every run is logged step by step with screenshots and a full transcript, so you can see exactly what the agent read and touched. If your compliance requirements need it, you can also self-host Actionist on your own server.
None of us are technical. How hard is this actually to set up?
No code, ever. You brief an agent the way you'd brief a new starter, in plain English, what the job is, which tools it touches, what needs your sign-off. Connecting an app like your CRM or DocuSign is a guided one-minute log-in, not a developer project. Most firms have their first agent, usually enquiry triage or fact-find chasing, running the same day they start.
What does this actually cost, and is it worth it for a firm our size?
Pricing scales with how many agents you run and whether you add the hosted cloud runtime, so there's no single number that fits every practice, book a demo and we'll size it to yours. The way to think about value: every hour an agent takes off fact-find chasing, review scheduling, or fee invoicing is an hour an adviser gets back for client work, and a fact-find that gets finished a week sooner is a case that doesn't stall. AI agents for financial advisors are priced to pay for themselves in reclaimed adviser time, not to add another line item.
