TalentLMS
· #483 most-usedTraining admin handled on schedule
TalentLMS is a cloud learning platform for creating, managing, and delivering online training for employees, customers, and partners. Actionist connects TalentLMS to your operating stack so agents can create users, enroll learners, maintain groups and branches, and react to LMS events with approval where it matters.
Eliminates manual work. Agents reduce repeated learner provisioning, course enrollment, branch assignment, group cleanup, and LMS reporting work across HR, customer education, support, finance, operations, and compliance teams.
What your TalentLMS agent runs on autopilot
A week of scheduled jobs your Actionist agent will execute on your behalf.
TalentLMS × every other app you use
End-to-end automations that span multiple apps — each one a real business outcome.
New hire training, ready before day one
The agent creates or finds the TalentLMS learner, enrolls them in onboarding, routes them to the correct branch, and posts a Slack summary for HR. The new hire starts with training access prepared, while exceptions stay visible for review.
