Zendesk Sell
· #482 most-usedKeep sales CRM work moving
Zendesk Sell is Zendesk's sales CRM for managing leads, contacts, companies, deals, tasks, sequences, notes, and product catalog data. Connect it to Actionist and your agents can keep pipeline records current, prepare follow-up tasks, pause sequence enrollments, route support signals to sales, and clean CRM hygiene queues without reps living in admin work.
Eliminates manual work. Agents remove repeated Zendesk Sell record lookup, dedupe, field-update, sequence, note, task, and forecast-cleanup work from sales, marketing, support, finance, operations, and legal routines.
What your Zendesk Sell agent runs on autopilot
A week of scheduled jobs your Actionist agent will execute on your behalf.
Zendesk Sell × every other app you use
End-to-end automations that span multiple apps — each one a real business outcome.
Inbound demo lead to owned deal plan
The agent finds the company and owner, updates the lead with source context, creates a discovery task, and prepares a deal draft when qualification rules are met. The rep starts with a clean record, next step, and account context instead of a raw form submission.
