· #499 most-usedAutomate HR processes from hire to offboard
Personio is the all-in-one HR platform built for companies with 10 to 2,000 employees, covering recruiting, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and employee data in one place. Connect Personio to Actionist and your agents can create and update employee records, log attendance, manage absences, process applicants, and react to HR events — so your HR team spends less time on admin and more time on people.
Eliminates manual work. Agents eliminate the manual cycle of creating employee records, chasing timesheets, exporting attendance data, auditing documents, and coordinating onboarding and offboarding across multiple tools.
