Brivity is a cloud-based CRM platform built for real estate professionals and brokerages. It centralises lead management, contact follow-up, transaction timelines, and team roster intelligence in one place. Connect it to Actionist and your agents can create leads from any source, monitor new and updated contacts, log timeline events, and coordinate follow-up tasks across the brokerage — all without anyone touching Brivity manually.

Eliminates manual work. Agents eliminate manual lead entry from multiple sources, the weekly CSV export for email marketing, post-showing note logging, and the recurring pipeline hygiene checks that otherwise fall through the cracks.

New lead from any source routed and notified within about a minute

When a new lead enters Brivity from any source — a website form, a Facebook Lead Ad, or a manual entry — the agent retrieves the roster to confirm the assigned agent, tags the lead with the source, posts a briefing card to the assigned agent's Slack channel, and logs the lead to the master Google Sheets pipeline. The agent is briefed and the pipeline is updated within about a minute, not after the end-of-day check.

Savings

What your team gets back — two angles: what you stop doing manually, and what that's worth.

Without Actionist

What you do manually today

With Actionist

What your agent runs for you

  • Sales
    30 min / week
    Manual lead entry and assignment

Sales admins manually enter leads from Facebook, website forms, and open houses into Brivity one by one, then message the agent on Slack to let them know — often hours after the lead arrived.

    Sales Agent
    0 min
Agent creates and routes every lead automatically

When a lead arrives from any channel, the agent creates the Brivity record, adds the source tag, assigns the correct territory agent, and posts a briefing in Slack — all within about a minute.

  • Marketing
    20 min / week
    Weekly CSV export to Mailchimp

The marketing team exports a CSV of new Brivity leads each week, manually uploads it to Mailchimp, and hopes no one was missed in the gap between export and upload.

    Marketing Agent
    0 min
Agent syncs intent changes to Mailchimp continuously

The moment a Brivity lead's intent changes to Selling or a new buyer lead is created, the agent subscribes them to the correct Mailchimp audience — no export, no upload, no gap.

  • Customer Support
    15 min / week
    Manual showing follow-up logging

After each showing, agents are supposed to log a contact note in Brivity. In practice, notes get skipped when the day gets busy — leaving gaps in the timeline that the next agent to pick up the file has to fill in from memory.

    Customer Support Agent
    0 min
Agent logs timeline events and follow-up notes automatically

When a showing is scheduled or completed, the agent logs the timeline event and creates a follow-up note on the Brivity record — the file is always complete, even on the busiest days.

  • Human Resources
    25 min / week
Manual lead re-assignment when agents leave

When an agent departs, HR manually lists all their Brivity leads and asks the manager to reassign each one — a process that can take hours and leave clients without a contact for days.

    Human Resources Agent
    0 min
Agent re-assigns all departing agent leads within the hour

When an agent departure is logged, the agent lists all their Brivity leads and re-assigns each to the cover agent — with a transition note on every record — before the end of business on the same day.

  • Finance
    30 min / week
Manual pipeline count for commission projections

Finance manually counts active leads from a Brivity export each Monday, groups them by agent and intent, and pastes the numbers into the commission projection spreadsheet — a 30-minute admin task before every executive call.

    Finance Agent
    0 min
Agent delivers the pipeline report before the meeting

Every Monday at 7:30 AM, the agent lists all active Brivity leads, calculates the buyer-seller split per agent, and writes the numbers to the commission projection sheet — ready before the executive call without anyone touching Brivity.

  • Operations
    40 min / week
    Manual pipeline hygiene checks

Operations staff run ad hoc checks for unassigned leads and stale contacts in Brivity — usually only when a problem surfaces, not proactively. Leads without agents can sit uncontacted for days.

    Operations Agent
    0 min
Agent runs full pipeline hygiene every Monday automatically

Every Monday, the agent lists all active leads, flags unassigned contacts, identifies stale leads, audits source tags, and posts a full health report to Slack — the pipeline is clean before the first call of the week.

  • Legal
    10 min / week
    Quarterly manual consent audit

The compliance officer manually pulls a Brivity lead export quarterly and checks each record for consent tags and complete data — a multi-hour process that misses leads created in the gaps between audits.

    Legal Agent
    0 min
Agent runs a weekly consent and data completeness check

Every week, the agent lists all recent Brivity leads, checks for consent tags and complete data fields, flags non-compliant records, and creates audit notes — compliance is maintained weekly, not quarterly.

FAQs

Questions about Brivity + Actionist

How does Actionist connect to Brivity?
Go to the Apps tab in Actionist, find Brivity, and click Connect. Brivity uses token-based authentication — you will need to generate an API token from your Brivity account settings and paste it into the connection field. Actionist then verifies the connection with a read-only roster request before any agent actions run.
Can Actionist create leads in Brivity from Facebook Lead Ads or Jotform?
Yes. When a Facebook Lead Ad form is submitted or a Jotform response arrives, the agent calls Create Lead in Brivity with the full contact details — name, email, phone, lead intent (buyer or seller), and any address data — within about a minute of the form submission. No manual export or copy-paste is needed.
Will Actionist create duplicate leads if the same person submits multiple forms?
Not if you set up the dedup flow. The agent calls Get Lead by Email before creating a new record. If a matching lead already exists, the agent updates the existing record and logs a new timeline event rather than creating a second entry. This keeps your Brivity pipeline clean regardless of how many times a contact interacts with your website or ads.
Can Actionist automatically assign new leads to the right agent based on territory or round-robin?
Yes. The agent fetches the current Brivity roster to retrieve internal agent IDs, looks up the assignment rule from a Google Sheet or other source, and calls Assign Lead to Agent. This works for territory-based routing, round-robin rotation, or any logic you define — the agent handles the ID resolution so you never need to look up internal IDs manually.
What Brivity timeline event types can Actionist log?
Actionist can log all timeline event types that Brivity's API supports, including: scheduled_showing, registered_for_open_house, contact_form_get_prequalified, contact_form_get_in_touch, home_value, home_value_valuation_request, previewed_market_report, and start_offer_form. These events are also available as triggers — Actionist can react to them within about a minute of them being posted.
How do agents in Actionist react to changes in Brivity — for example when a lead's intent changes?
Brivity's Update Lead trigger fires within about a minute of any field change on a lead record. The Actionist agent receives the updated record and can inspect any field — intent, tags, assigned agent — and take action based on the change. For example, when intent changes to Selling, the agent can subscribe the contact to a seller-nurture Mailchimp sequence and alert the listing specialist in Slack.
Can Actionist run pipeline hygiene checks on Brivity — finding stale leads, unassigned contacts, or incomplete records?
Yes. The agent can run scheduled weekly hygiene sweeps: listing all active leads, filtering for those with no assigned agent, checking activity histories for leads with no events in the past 30 to 60 days, and auditing records for missing source tags or consent flags. The results are posted to a Slack channel or written to a Google Sheet for the operations team to act on.
Is Actionist suitable for a brokerage with multiple agents — not just solo practitioners?
Yes. Actionist connects to the Brivity API at the account level, so it has access to the full roster, all leads regardless of assigned agent, and all timeline events across the brokerage. You can run multi-agent round-robin routing, per-agent pipeline reports, re-assignment flows for agent departures, and brokerage-wide compliance audits — all from a single Actionist connection.
