Crisp
· #493 most-usedTurn every customer conversation into a closed loop
Crisp is a multichannel customer messaging platform that brings live chat, email, social, and knowledge-base conversations into one inbox. Connect it to Actionist and your agents can triage incoming conversations, route them to the right operator, send replies, manage contact records with segments and events, search across your entire conversation history, and monitor SLA compliance — all without a human watching the inbox.
Eliminates manual work. Agents handle inbox triage, conversation routing, contact enrichment, SLA monitoring, and compliance keyword sweeps — tasks that collectively consume hours of manual support and operations effort every week.
What your Crisp agent runs on autopilot
A week of scheduled jobs your Actionist agent will execute on your behalf.
Crisp × every other app you use
End-to-end automations that span multiple apps — each one a real business outcome.
New chat triaged and assigned before a human looks up
Within about a minute of a visitor opening a Crisp conversation, the agent reads the first message, classifies the topic, assigns the conversation to the correct team, sends an acknowledgement reply, and posts a Slack alert — so no customer sits waiting while operators check the inbox.
