ClickSend SMS
#320 most-usedSend SMS, MMS, and physical mail at scale
ClickSend is a cloud-based communications platform that lets businesses send SMS, MMS, voice messages, fax, postcards, and letters to contacts worldwide. Connect it to Actionist and your agents can fire transactional texts when deals close, dispatch bulk SMS campaigns to contact lists, send printed postcards to prospects, and react to incoming replies — all without touching the ClickSend dashboard.
Eliminates manual work. Agents eliminate the manual cycle of exporting contacts, importing lists, logging into ClickSend to fire campaigns, checking inbound messages, and processing opt-outs — tasks that fragment across every team every week.

Deal won SMS fires to rep and customer
When a deal closes in HubSpot, the Sales Agent sends a congratulatory SMS to the account rep and a thank-you text to the customer — then logs both sends in the CRM deal record. The rep knows the deal closed before leaving their desk, and the customer feels valued within about a minute of signature.
