Botsonic
#376 most-usedBuild, train, and deploy AI chatbots at scale
Botsonic is an AI chatbot builder by Writesonic that lets you create GPT-4-powered custom chatbots trained on your own data — FAQs, URLs, documents, and knowledge bases — without writing a line of code. Connect it to Actionist and your agents can manage bot knowledge bases, retrieve conversation transcripts, create and update FAQ entries, monitor chatbot performance, and keep chatbot training data fresh automatically.
Eliminates manual work. Agents eliminate the manual cycle of logging into Botsonic to add FAQs, check conversations for leads, update training data after content changes, and maintain starter questions across campaigns — tasks that accumulate across support, marketing, operations, and legal teams.
What your Botsonic agent runs on autopilot
A week of scheduled jobs your Actionist agent will execute on your behalf.
Botsonic × every other app you use
End-to-end automations that span multiple apps — each one a real business outcome.
Resolved ticket auto-populates chatbot FAQ
When the support team resolves a Zendesk ticket and tags it as a new question type, the agent extracts the question and answer, creates a new FAQ entry in Botsonic, and posts a confirmation to the #support-kb Slack channel. Every resolved novel ticket becomes a permanent chatbot improvement within about a minute of resolution.
