Bitrix24 CRM is an all-in-one CRM and collaboration platform that manages leads, contacts, companies, deals, quotes, tasks, and custom smart-process entities inside a single portal. Connect it to Actionist and your agents can create and update CRM records from any inbound source, search and enrich the database on a schedule, create task sets at each pipeline stage, send internal notifications to portal users, and react to CRM events like deal stage changes and new leads — all without a human touching the Bitrix24 interface.

Eliminates manual work. Agents eliminate the manual cycle of entering leads, creating follow-up tasks, running data quality audits, and generating quotes and legal tasks that currently consume sales, operations, and finance time every week.

Inbound form lead captured and tasked in under a minute

When a prospect submits the lead capture form, the agent checks for an existing Bitrix24 contact, creates a lead with all form data, creates a follow-up task for the assigned rep, and posts the lead summary to #sales-leads — all within about a minute of submission.

What your team gets back — two angles: what you stop doing manually, and what that's worth.

Without Actionist

What you do manually today

With Actionist

What your agent runs for you

  • Sales
    35 min / week
Manual lead entry from inbound sources

Reps copy form submissions and email enquiries into Bitrix24 by hand — a 5-minute task per lead that scales poorly and introduces data entry errors.

    Sales Agent
    0 min
Agent creates leads and tasks within about a minute of every inbound event

When a form is submitted or a lead trigger fires, the agent creates the Bitrix24 lead and assigns a follow-up task before the rep even sees the notification.

  • Marketing
    60 min / week
    Manual CSV import and deduplication

The marketing team exports respondent lists, manually checks for existing contacts, and imports cleaned CSVs into Bitrix24 — a process that takes 30–60 minutes per campaign.

    Marketing Agent
    0 min
Agent imports campaign respondents with deduplication on a schedule

Every week the agent imports campaign respondents from Google Sheets into Bitrix24, checks for duplicates, and routes qualifying contacts to the inside sales team automatically.

  • Customer Support
    25 min / week
Manual CRM lookup for each support ticket

Support reps open Bitrix24, search for the customer by email, and manually check their account status before every ticket reply — adding 3–5 minutes to each interaction.

    Customer Support Agent
    0 min
Agent delivers CRM context to every support interaction

Before a support rep reads a new ticket, the agent has already retrieved the customer's Bitrix24 record, account tier, and open deal count and posted it to Slack.

  • Human Resources
    20 min / week
Manual onboarding task creation per new hire

HR manually creates onboarding tasks in Bitrix24 for each new hire — a 20-minute process per starter that is often incomplete and varies between HR team members.

    Human Resources Agent
    0 min
Agent sets up onboarding records and task sets for every new hire

When a new hire is added, the agent creates the Bitrix24 smart-process onboarding record and the full task set for IT, facilities, and the hiring manager in one go.

  • Finance
    30 min / week
Manual quote creation and task assignment at contract stage

Finance manually creates quotes in Bitrix24 and messages the legal team for each deal reaching Contract Review — a 15-minute task that can be delayed for hours if the responsible person is busy.

    Finance Agent
    0 min
Agent creates quotes and legal tasks when deals enter Contract Review

When a deal reaches Contract Review, the agent creates the quote and the legal review task within about a minute so billing and legal never wait for a manual trigger.

  • Operations
    90 min / week
    Manual CRM audit and cleanup

The operations team manually spot-checks Bitrix24 for data quality issues — a time-consuming review that is rarely done systematically and leaves errors accumulating for months.

    Operations Agent
    0 min
Agent runs a weekly CRM data quality audit automatically

Every week the agent audits Bitrix24 for missing fields, orphaned records, and overdue tasks, and delivers a prioritised remediation list before the ops team starts work.

  • Legal
    20 min / week
Manual contract review tracking and deal stage updates

Legal tracks contract review requests via email and manually updates Bitrix24 deal stages when reviews complete — a fragmented process where deals regularly stall at Contract Review with no visible next action.

    Legal Agent
    0 min
Agent creates contract review tasks and monitors deal stage clearance

Every deal in Contract Review gets a legal task with a 48-hour deadline automatically. The agent also advances the deal stage when the review task is completed, closing the loop without manual follow-up.

FAQs

Questions about Bitrix24 CRM + Actionist

How does Actionist connect to Bitrix24 CRM?
Go to the Apps tab in Actionist, find Bitrix24 CRM, and click Connect. Choose OAuth to open the Bitrix24 authorisation screen, sign in with your portal credentials, and grant the requested permissions. Actionist runs a test call to confirm the handshake before any actions run. If you prefer a webhook-based approach, you can also configure a Bitrix24 inbound webhook URL and paste it into the API key field.
What Bitrix24 CRM objects can Actionist read and write?
Actionist uses the Bitrix24 REST API, which supports leads, contacts, companies, deals, quotes, tasks, and smart-process entities. You can create, update, and search across all these objects. Task management is fully supported including deadlines, assignees, priorities, and dependencies. The agent also has access to the internal messaging endpoint to send Bitrix24 chat messages to portal users.
Can I connect Bitrix24 CRM to other apps in the same agent task?
Yes. Bitrix24 CRM is most useful when combined with the apps your team already uses for communication and data. Common combinations: create a Bitrix24 lead when a form is submitted in Typeform or a contact signs up via a landing page; push deal updates to Slack or Telegram; write new contacts found in Gmail to Bitrix24; sync company records between Bitrix24 and a Google Sheet for reporting. Any of Actionist's connected apps can exchange data with Bitrix24 in the same agent task.
How quickly do Bitrix24 CRM triggers fire in Actionist?
Bitrix24 CRM triggers fire within about a minute of the underlying event in your portal. Supported trigger types cover companies, contacts, deals, leads, quotes, and tasks (add, update, delete), plus smart-process events. The agent polls the Bitrix24 webhooks and passes the event payload to the downstream action within about a minute of the change occurring.
Can Actionist update existing Bitrix24 records, or does it only create new ones?
Yes. The Contact Action, Company Action, Deal Action, Lead Action, and Quote Action all support both create and update in a single call. Pass the record ID alongside the fields you want to change and Bitrix24 will update the existing record rather than creating a duplicate. If no ID is supplied, a new record is created. The Smart-Process Action works the same way for custom entity types built in Bitrix24.
How do I avoid creating duplicate contacts or companies in Bitrix24?
Use the Search actions first. Company Search, Contact Search, Deal Search, Lead Search, Quote Search, and Smart-Process Search all accept field-name filters and return matching records. Run a search before a create action and route on whether a result was returned. If one exists, call the update action with the returned ID; if not, call the create action. This prevents duplicate records when the same person or company enters through multiple channels.
What are Bitrix24 Smart Processes, and can Actionist work with them?
Bitrix24 Smart Processes are custom CRM entity types you build in the Bitrix24 portal to represent any object your business tracks outside the standard lead-contact-deal pipeline. The Smart-Process Action and Smart-Process Trigger in Actionist work with any smart-process entity type you have configured. You supply the Entity Type ID (from your Bitrix24 portal) and the agent can create, update, search, and react to events on that custom entity just like it does with standard CRM objects.
Can Actionist create and manage tasks inside Bitrix24?
Yes. The Create Task action in Actionist creates a task inside your Bitrix24 portal with a title, responsible user, deadline, description, priority, parent task, group, and time estimate. The Update Task action modifies any of those fields on an existing task by ID. Task triggers fire within about a minute when a task is added, updated, or deleted, so Actionist can react to task events and push notifications or updates to other connected apps automatically.
