Voicenotes
· #453 most-usedTurn every voice recording into structured, routable data
Voicenotes is an AI-powered voice recorder that transcribes in over 100 languages, generates summaries, extracts to-do lists and main points, drafts emails, and produces structured meeting reports from your recordings. Connect it to Actionist and your agents can automatically route transcripts to your knowledge base, push to-do items to project tools, file meeting reports in your CRM, and distribute summaries to Slack — all triggered within about a minute of Voicenotes processing your recording.
Eliminates manual work. Agents eliminate the manual cycle of typing call notes, converting voice ideas to text, distributing meeting summaries, and creating tasks from verbal commitments.
What your Voicenotes agent runs on autopilot
A week of scheduled jobs your Actionist agent will execute on your behalf.

End-to-end automations that span multiple apps — each one a real business outcome.
Client call report to CRM and Slack within a minute
When a client call recorded in Voicenotes produces a meeting report, the agent reads the full payload and writes the summary and action items to the matching HubSpot contact and deal — then posts the summary to #sales-updates so the team stays in the loop. The rep never opens a text editor to debrief a call.
