SendFox
· #416 most-usedGrow your email list and stay in touch with your audience
SendFox is an affordable email marketing tool built for content creators — bloggers, podcasters, and YouTubers who need a clean, lightweight way to grow and communicate with their audience. It offers contact lists, campaigns, Smart Campaigns for auto-sending new content, and a simple REST API. Connect it to Actionist and your agents can create contacts, manage lists, sync unsubscribes, and monitor campaigns — keeping your email list in sync with every other tool in your stack without any manual imports or exports.
Eliminates manual work. Agents eliminate the manual cycle of importing contacts into SendFox, exporting campaign stats into spreadsheets, and running unsubscribe compliance checks by hand.
What your SendFox agent runs on autopilot
A week of scheduled jobs your Actionist agent will execute on your behalf.
SendFox × every other app you use
End-to-end automations that span multiple apps — each one a real business outcome.
Import leads from Google Sheets to SendFox and HubSpot simultaneously
When a new row appears in the leads spreadsheet, the agent finds or creates each contact in the target SendFox list, creates or updates the matching HubSpot lead record, and posts the updated subscriber count to Slack — all without any manual copy-paste between tools.
Time saved for your team — every week, on autopilot

What your agent runs for you
- Sales25 min / weekManual lead import into SendFox
Reps export a CSV from the CRM, open SendFox, import the file, map the fields, and verify the upload — a multi-step process repeated every time new leads need to be added to a sequence.
Sales Agent0 minAgent adds subscribers and syncs leads automaticallyWhen a deal closes or a trial signup arrives, the agent finds or creates the contact in the right SendFox list and syncs the record to HubSpot — the sequence starts within about a minute of the event.
- Marketing30 min / weekWeekly campaign performance compilation
The marketing team manually opens SendFox, navigates to each campaign, copies the stats into a spreadsheet, and formats the summary — a process repeated for every campaign every week.
Marketing Agent0 minAgent posts the campaign scorecard automaticallyAfter each campaign sends, the agent retrieves the details and writes open rate, click rate, and list size to the performance sheet — the team has a scorecard before the day's first standup.
- Customer Support20 min / weekManual suppression of customers with open tickets
Support manually exports open-ticket customer emails from the helpdesk and compares them against the campaign recipient list before each send — a time-consuming check that is often skipped under deadline pressure.
Customer Support Agent0 minAgent flags active-issue contacts before every campaignBefore each send, the agent identifies contacts with open support tickets and updates their SendFox record with a suppression flag so they do not receive promotional emails during an active complaint.
- Human Resources15 min / weekManual new hire email list enrollment
HR manually adds each new hire's email to the SendFox onboarding list, often after the employee has already started, meaning the first onboarding email arrives late or not at all.
Human Resources Agent0 minAgent enrolls new hires into the onboarding list automaticallyWhen a new hire is added to the HR roster, the agent creates their contact in the SendFox onboarding list so they receive the welcome sequence before their first day — no manual import needed.
- Finance15 min / weekManual SendFox plan and cost tracking
Finance manually checks the SendFox billing page for usage counts, logs the numbers in the budget spreadsheet, and calculates cost-per-send manually at month-end — a process that is often skipped or delayed.
Finance Agent0 minAgent checks plan limits and logs campaign ROI automaticallyThe finance agent retrieves subscriber and campaign counts weekly, compares them against plan limits, and logs cost-per-open metrics — all without opening the SendFox dashboard.
- Operations60 min / weekManual list health monitoring
Operations manually exports subscriber data from SendFox each week, calculates growth rates in a spreadsheet, and cross-references lists for duplicates — a process that takes over an hour and is often deferred.
Operations Agent0 minAgent keeps list health metrics current without manual exportsThe operations agent retrieves subscriber counts for every list weekly, flags zero-growth and duplicate contacts, and writes the health metrics to the master sheet — the team always has current list data.
- Legal25 min / weekManual unsubscribe compliance processing
Legal manually reviews unsubscribe reports from SendFox, cross-references them against all active lists, logs each opt-out in the compliance tracker, and checks that no suppressed contact appears in upcoming campaigns.
Legal Agent0 minAgent verifies unsubscribes and runs compliance checks automaticallyThe legal agent processes every unsubscribe event within about a minute, removes the contact from all lists, logs the action in the compliance register, and flags any gaps before the next campaign.
