What your team gets back — two angles: what you stop doing manually, and what that's worth.

Without Actionist

What you do manually today

With Actionist

What your agent runs for you

  • Sales
    45 min / week
Manual lead routing and status updates

Reps manually enter inbound leads into REsimpli, decide who to assign them to, and update pipeline statuses after each call — adding 5–10 minutes of admin per lead that compounds across a high-volume acquisitions team.

    Sales Agent
    0 min
Agent creates, assigns, and progresses leads automatically

Inbound leads from any source arrive in REsimpli automatically with the correct source tag and assigned rep. Status updates fire when real events happen — offer sent, appointment booked, contract signed — without a rep touching the CRM.

  • Marketing
    40 min / week
Manual drip enrollment and channel reporting

Marketing manually enrolls new lists in REsimpli drip sequences, re-enrolls cold leads one by one, and builds weekly channel ROI reports from exported spreadsheet data — time that compounds as list volume grows.

    Marketing Agent
    0 min
Agent enrolls lists and generates channel ROI reports on schedule

New leads are enrolled in the correct drip the same day they arrive. Cold leads re-enter nurture sequences monthly without a manual sweep. Channel ROI reports pull directly from REsimpli KPI data and arrive before each budget review.

  • Customer Support
    25 min / week
Manual appointment reminders and seller follow-up

Acquisition coordinators manually text sellers to confirm appointments, send contract reminders, and check that inbound inquiries were responded to — repetitive tasks that slip under high call volume.

    Customer Support Agent
    0 min
Agent sends confirmation SMS and audits seller communication automatically

Every seller with a same-day appointment receives a confirmation SMS before 8 AM. Contract expiry reminders fire automatically. Inbound inquiry response audits run weekly — nothing slips regardless of call volume.

  • Human Resources
    30 min / week
Manual lead assignment and rep handovers

Operations managers manually check rep workloads, redistribute overloaded leads, and handle PTO handovers by going through the REsimpli board and reassigning one lead at a time — a time-consuming process repeated every time a rep is out.

    Human Resources Agent
    0 min
Agent balances workloads and automates PTO handovers

Every Monday the agent rebalances open-deal counts across reps. Friday PTO sweeps reassign all open leads from absent reps to their designated backup before anyone logs off for the weekend.

  • Finance
    35 min / week
Manual disposition logging and bookkeeping export

Finance chases the acquisitions team for deal numbers after every closing, manually enters disposition records into REsimpli, and exports closed-deal data to the bookkeeping spreadsheet by hand — a weekly process that delays the books by days.

    Finance Agent
    0 min
Agent logs dispositions and exports to books automatically on close

When a closing confirmation arrives, the agent logs the disposition in REsimpli and writes the deal data to the bookkeeping sheet before anyone is asked. The books are current every Monday without the finance team chasing acquisitions.

  • Operations
    60 min / week
Manual pipeline hygiene and KPI report building

Operations manually deduplicates leads, syncs skip trace results into REsimpli one by one, and assembles weekly KPI scorecards by exporting CRM data and formatting it in a spreadsheet — work that takes hours and delays reporting.

    Operations Agent
    0 min
Agent handles deduplication, data sync, and KPI reporting on schedule

Duplicate leads are flagged every Monday before the pipeline meeting. Skip trace results sync to REsimpli before the dialer session. The weekly KPI scorecard is delivered to Slack every Friday at 5 PM without anyone building it.

  • Legal
    20 min / week
    Manual contract documentation audit

Legal manually reviews Under Contract records in REsimpli to confirm signed agreements, closing dates, and title contacts are all logged — a weekly sweep that is often skipped under deadline pressure and leads to documentation gaps discovered at closing.

    Legal Agent
    0 min
Agent audits contract documentation and fires deadline alerts automatically

Every Monday the agent checks all Under Contract records for complete documentation. Contracts closing within 5 days surface on Thursday with full status. Missing records are flagged with 24-hour resolution tasks before any closing is at risk.

FAQs

Questions about REsimpli 3.0 + Actionist

How does Actionist connect to REsimpli 3.0?
Go to the Apps tab in Actionist, find REsimpli 3.0, and click Connect. The connection uses an API token from your REsimpli account. To get it, log in to REsimpli, click your profile icon in the top-right corner, and select API Token — the token is shown on that page. Copy it and paste it into Actionist. The agent runs a read-only test call to confirm the connection before any actions execute. The whole setup takes under two minutes.
What does Actionist need permission to do in my REsimpli account?
The API token you generate inherits the permissions of the REsimpli user who creates it. For full agent functionality — creating leads, updating statuses, enrolling drip campaigns, logging dispositions, and reading KPI data — use a token from an admin or acquisitions manager account. For read-only monitoring use cases, a standard user token is sufficient. REsimpli does not currently offer scoped API tokens with granular permission controls, so the access level mirrors the user's role.
Can the agent create leads from any source, not just web forms?
Yes. The Create Lead action works with any source that can deliver data to Actionist — Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads lead forms, Carrot websites, CallTools inbound calls, BatchLeads list exports, webhooks from other tools, or a manual Slack command. The agent maps the available fields (name, phone, email, property address, lead source, market) and creates the REsimpli record regardless of origin. Lead source attribution is passed as a field value so the KPI dashboard correctly credits the originating channel.
Can the agent manage both seller leads and buyers in REsimpli?
Yes. Actionist can create and query both seller leads (the acquisition pipeline) and buyer contacts (the disposition buyers list) in REsimpli. A typical workflow creates a seller lead when a form arrives, manages it through the acquisition pipeline, and queries the buyers list to find the right end-buyer when the deal goes under contract. The two record types are separate in REsimpli and the agent handles both correctly.
Does the agent support REsimpli's drip campaigns and multi-channel follow-up?
Yes. The Enroll Lead in Drip Campaign action adds a lead to any existing REsimpli drip sequence starting at the step you specify. REsimpli handles the actual delivery of each touchpoint — SMS, email, ringless voicemail, and direct mail — according to the campaign schedule you set up inside REsimpli. Actionist decides when to enroll a lead and in which campaign; REsimpli runs the sequence. Common patterns: enroll new leads automatically on creation, re-enroll cold leads on a monthly schedule, or switch a lead from the new-seller drip to the nurture drip when an offer is declined.
Can Actionist pull KPI and revenue data out of REsimpli for reporting?
Yes. The Get KPI Dashboard Data action retrieves REsimpli's performance metrics — leads by source, appointments set, offers made, contracts signed, deals closed, and channel ROI — for any date range and market combination. Agents typically run this on a schedule (weekly or monthly) and write the data to a Google Sheets dashboard, post a summary to Slack, or trigger further automation when a metric drops below a threshold. The data reflects what is in REsimpli's KPI module, which tracks actual pipeline activity.
How does Actionist keep the REsimpli pipeline accurate without constant manual updates?
The agent updates REsimpli lead statuses in response to external events — a signed DocuSign agreement moves the lead to Under Contract; a third unanswered call attempt moves it to Nurture; a closing confirmation email moves it to Closed and logs the disposition. Each status change is tied to a real upstream event rather than a rep remembering to update the CRM. Notes are added automatically at key milestones, so the pipeline board reflects actual deal progress rather than what a rep last manually entered.
What is the difference between using Actionist with REsimpli versus connecting REsimpli to Zapier directly?
Zapier connects REsimpli to other apps through fixed trigger-action pairs — one event fires one action in one other app. Actionist agents reason across multiple steps, tools, and conditions in a single automated task: they can search for a lead before creating a duplicate, check workload before assigning, pull KPI data and decide whether to alert the team, or combine REsimpli data with information from Google Sheets, Slack, and Google Calendar in one cohesive workflow. Actionist also surfaces these automations as scheduled agent tasks rather than always-on Zaps, so the team sees what the agent is doing and can review outcomes.
