Quotient
· #333 most-usedSend professional quotes, track every view, and close more deals
Quotient is online quoting software built for small businesses that need to send polished, interactive quotes fast. Customers can pick optional items, ask questions, and accept directly from the quote — no back-and-forth PDFs. Connect Quotient to Actionist and your agents can react the moment a quote is accepted, viewed, declined, or questioned, automatically create contacts and leads from quote activity, and sync won deals to CRM, accounting, and project tools without anyone touching a keyboard.
Eliminates manual work. Agents eliminate manual CRM data entry after quote events, chase-up emails, invoice creation, and project setup — tasks that collectively consume several hours each week for a typical small sales team.

Accepted quote closes the CRM deal and creates the invoice
The moment a customer accepts a quote in Quotient, the Sales Agent closes the HubSpot deal, drafts the invoice in Xero from the exact line items, and posts a win to the #sales channel — the team celebrates and billing is already in motion before the rep sends a thank-you email.
