Parseur
· #419 most-usedTurn documents, emails, and PDFs into structured data automatically
Parseur is an AI-powered document data extraction platform that converts PDFs, emails, scanned forms, and invoices into clean structured data automatically. Connect Parseur to Actionist and your agents can submit documents for extraction, receive parsed fields the moment processing completes, route individual line items from invoices or tables downstream, catch and retry failed documents, and export structured data to any connected system — all without anyone logging in to the Parseur dashboard.
Eliminates manual work. Agents eliminate manual data entry from every document intake point — invoices, resumes, contracts, and support forms are extracted and routed to the right system without anyone opening Parseur or copying a field.
What your Parseur agent runs on autopilot
A week of scheduled jobs your Actionist agent will execute on your behalf.
Parseur × every other app you use
End-to-end automations that span multiple apps — each one a real business outcome.
Vendor invoice extracted and logged on email arrival
When a vendor invoice email arrives in Gmail, the Finance Agent extracts the PDF attachment, submits it to the AP Parseur mailbox, and waits for the extraction to complete. Within about a minute the parsed fields are written to the AP tracking sheet and a summary posted to #finance-ops for approval — no one manually opens the email or types a number into a spreadsheet.

How to plug Parseur into Actionist
Pick the connection method that suits your environment.
Connect Parseur using your account API key. The key grants access to all mailboxes and documents in your Parseur account — treat it like a password and store it securely.
Log in to your Parseur account, go to Settings, then the API section. Copy the API key shown there.
Paste the API key into the Actionist connection dialog and click Test connection. Actionist calls the List Mailboxes endpoint to verify the key is valid.
Once the test passes, your agents can submit documents and receive parsed output from any of your Parseur mailboxes.
