New owner lead briefed and call scheduled within the hour

Within about a minute of a new lead entering the LeadSimple pipeline, the agent retrieves the prospect's details, posts a briefing card to the assigned sales rep in Slack, schedules a 15-minute outreach call for the next morning in Google Calendar, and logs the lead in the weekly tracker — so no new owner inquiry waits longer than a business day for first contact.

  • Customer Support
    60 min / week
    Manual shared inbox triage

The support team reads every inbound message in the shared inbox, decides the category, assigns it to the right person, and checks whether the sender is an existing contact — adding 2-3 minutes to every message that comes in.

    Customer Support Agent
    0 min
Agent triages and routes every inbound conversation within a minute

  • Human Resources
    20 min / week

    Finance Agent
    0 min
Agent compiles new-contract revenue data weekly without manual queries

Every Friday the agent searches for won leads, logs contract terms as notes, and posts a new-doors summary to the finance Slack channel — without anyone manually exporting data from LeadSimple.

  • Operations
    45 min / week
Manual process creation and task assignment

The operations team manually creates a LeadSimple process for each triggered workflow — onboarding, make-ready, renewal — assigns tasks to team members, and sets due dates by hand.

    Operations Agent
    0 min
Agent creates and advances operational processes without manual intervention

When a won deal triggers onboarding or a unit goes vacant, the agent creates the correct process from the template and assigns first tasks automatically — no operations manager manually kicking off workflows.

  • Legal
    25 min / week
Manual compliance audit of process records

The legal team manually reviews LeadSimple's process list each week to identify unsigned agreements, check for missing owner management agreement records, and flag at-risk renewals.

    Legal Agent
    0 min
Agent scans for unsigned agreements and compliance gaps weekly

Every Tuesday the agent searches all renewal processes for agreements sent but unsigned after 14 days and posts a compliance risk list — no manual audit of individual process records.

FAQs

Questions about LeadSimple + Actionist

How does Actionist connect to LeadSimple?
Go to the Apps tab in Actionist, find LeadSimple, and click Connect. Paste your LeadSimple API key — found under your account Settings in the LeadSimple app — into the API key field. Actionist runs a test call to confirm the connection before any actions run. If you have multiple pipelines, you can scope actions to specific pipeline IDs at the workflow level.
Can Actionist react to events that happen inside LeadSimple?
Yes. LeadSimple fires webhooks for 17 event types including Lead Created, Lead Changes Stage, Lead Changes Pipeline, Task Created, Task Completed, Process Created, Process Changes Stage, Call Completed, and inbound and outbound conversation events. When any of these fire, your Actionist agent picks up the event within about a minute and can immediately update a CRM record, send a Slack notification, create a row in Google Sheets, or trigger any downstream action.
What can the Actionist agent actually do inside LeadSimple?
LeadSimple's API supports Create Lead, Update Lead, Create Process, Update Process, Update Contact, Tag Conversation, and several search operations across leads, contacts, processes, properties, units, and users. Actionist surfaces all of these as first-class agent actions so your agent can create or update records, search for matching contacts, tag inbound conversations, or log calls without a human touching the dashboard.
Can the agent check for duplicate leads before creating a new one?
Yes. You can search for a lead by name, email, phone, or property in LeadSimple before creating one — preventing duplicate records. The Search Lead action returns the existing lead if found; you can then branch: update the existing record rather than creating a new one. This deduplication step is especially important when leads arrive from multiple sources such as web forms, inbound calls, and referrals.
Does the integration support LeadSimple's property and unit records, not just leads?
Properties, units, and contacts are all first-class resources in LeadSimple's API. The agent can search and update property records and unit records, and update contact details. This means that when owner information changes in a connected property management system, the agent can propagate the update into LeadSimple automatically — keeping your data consistent without manual re-entry.
Does the integration cover both LeadSimple's CRM module and its Ops/process module?
LeadSimple organizes work across two modules: the CRM (leads and pipelines for sales-stage tracking) and Ops (processes for operational workflows like onboarding, renewals, and maintenance). Actionist can create and update records in both modules. Use Create Lead and Update Lead for CRM pipeline work; use Create Process and Update Process for operational process templates. Triggers are available for both modules too — Lead Changes Stage and Process Changes Stage both fire webhooks.
Can the agent tag and route conversations in LeadSimple's shared inbox?
The Tag Conversation action lets the agent categorize inbound or outbound conversations in LeadSimple's shared inbox. A common pattern is: when an inbound message arrives (Inbound Conversation Created trigger), the agent reads the message content, classifies the intent — maintenance request, owner inquiry, leasing question — and applies the appropriate tag. The conversation is then routed to the right team member automatically, eliminating manual inbox triage.
Can the agent log notes or update lead stages automatically after a call completes?
Call Completed is one of LeadSimple's 17 webhook triggers. When a call finishes, Actionist picks up the event within about a minute and can write a call note to the lead record via Create Lead Note, update the lead's stage if the call outcome warrants it, create a follow-up task, or post a summary to a Slack channel. This closes the gap between a completed call and the CRM update — no manual post-call logging required.
