Instapage
· #389 most-usedBuild, publish, and optimize landing pages at scale
Instapage is a landing page platform that lets teams build, publish, and optimize post-click experiences without engineering support. Connect it to Actionist and your agents can publish and unpublish pages on a schedule, pull form submissions directly into your CRM, retrieve A/B test and personalization data, export page templates as JSON for backup and cloning, and keep workspace membership in sync with your org chart — all without anyone logging into the Instapage dashboard.
Eliminates manual work. Agents eliminate manual lead exports, weekly analytics pulls, campaign page takedowns, and compliance takedown workflows that currently require multiple Instapage dashboard logins per week.
What your Instapage agent runs on autopilot
A week of scheduled jobs your Actionist agent will execute on your behalf.
Instapage × every other app you use
End-to-end automations that span multiple apps — each one a real business outcome.
Landing page goes live the moment the campaign calendar fires
When the campaign go-live calendar event fires, the agent verifies the Instapage draft is ready, publishes it to the correct domain, posts the live URL to #launches in Slack, and updates the HubSpot campaign record to Live — all within about a minute of the scheduled time, whether the marketing manager is at their desk or not.
Time saved for your team — every week, on autopilot

What your team gets back — two angles: what you stop doing manually, and what that's worth.
What you do manually today
What your agent runs for you
- Sales30 min / weekManual lead export from Instapage
Reps or marketing ops manually export CSV files from the Instapage lead inbox, clean the data, and import it into the CRM — a process that happens once a day at best, causing leads to sit uncontacted for hours.
Sales Agent0 minAgent routes leads from landing pages to CRM within about a minuteWhen a form is submitted on a campaign page, the agent creates the HubSpot contact, enrolls them in the nurture sequence, and alerts the rep in Slack — all within about a minute, without anyone checking the Instapage lead inbox.
- Marketing45 min / weekManual weekly analytics pull
The marketing team logs into Instapage each Monday, navigates to each workspace's analytics view, copies numbers into a spreadsheet, and formats a summary report — taking 30–60 minutes before every team review.
Marketing Agent0 minAgent posts conversion analytics digest every Tuesday before 8 AMThe Marketing Agent pulls visitor and conversion data for all workspaces, calculates week-over-week changes, and posts a ranked performance digest to Slack before the planning meeting — no one opens the Instapage dashboard.
- Customer Support20 min / weekReactive support page monitoring
Support pages go down unnoticed until a customer reports a broken link in a ticket. The support team then manually checks Instapage, republishes the page, and retroactively updates the ticket — adding resolution time and customer friction.
Customer Support Agent0 minAgent verifies all support pages are live before the week startsEvery Friday the Support Agent checks publication status for all support-facing pages and alerts the team to any that have gone offline unexpectedly — so no customer follows a broken help link over the weekend.
- Human Resources35 min / weekManual career page lead management
HR manually exports applicant submissions from Instapage, copies them into the ATS or spreadsheet, and then individually notifies each hiring manager by email — a weekly task that takes 30–45 minutes and is error-prone when multiple roles are open.
Human Resources Agent0 minAgent syncs career page applications to the ATS automaticallyEvery Thursday the HR Agent retrieves all new form submissions from career pages, writes applicant data to the ATS tracking sheet, and assigns a ClickUp task per application to the hiring manager — no manual export from Instapage.
- Finance40 min / weekManual cost-per-lead calculation
Finance requests analytics exports from marketing, waits for the team to pull numbers from Instapage, and manually combines spend data with lead counts in a spreadsheet — a process that often results in different numbers being used in the same meeting.
Finance Agent0 minAgent calculates CPL from Instapage data before every budget reviewThe Finance Agent retrieves workspace analytics and lead counts for all campaign workspaces, calculates cost-per-lead per campaign, and writes the results to the budget model — finance and marketing enter the review with the same numbers.
- Operations25 min / weekManual campaign page takedown
Operations teams maintain a running list of pages to unpublish at campaign close. Pages are manually taken down one by one in the Instapage editor — often delayed by days, leaving stale promotional pages live and wasting impression budget.
Operations Agent0 minAgent retires campaign pages automatically at closeWhen a campaign is marked closed, the Operations Agent unpublishes every associated page, logs each action with a timestamp, and posts a summary to Slack — expired campaigns are always fully offline within minutes of the closure record.
- Legal15 min / weekManual compliance page removal
Legal raises a ticket to the marketing team, who manually logs into Instapage, locates the page, unpublishes it, and notifies legal by email. The process takes hours to days, and the audit trail is an email thread rather than a timestamped system record.
Legal Agent0 minAgent executes compliance takedowns with a full audit trail within minutesWhen legal requests a page takedown, the agent unpublishes it, exports the page content to JSON, archives it in the legal vault with the regulation citation, and confirms completion in Slack — the full workflow completes in minutes with no manual Instapage login.

Based on Instapage's typical team usage — the visible tasks plus a few other automations the agent runs: ~2.2 hrs / person / week of admin work automated.
How to plug Instapage into Actionist
Pick the connection method that suits your environment.
Connect Instapage using an API token from your account settings. The token provides programmatic access to pages, workspaces, form submissions, analytics, and publication controls.
Log in to Instapage, go to Settings → Integrations → API. Generate a new API token and copy it.
Paste the token into the API token field in Actionist. Actionist runs a test call to List Workspaces to confirm the handshake.
Your agent is ready. It can now read pages, pull form submissions, publish and unpublish pages, and retrieve analytics across all workspaces the token has access to.
