How to plug Hatch into Actionist
Pick the connection method that suits your environment.
Connect Actionist to your Hatch account using the API key provided by your Hatch representative. The key gives agents access to contact management, communication event webhooks, and board statistics.
Contact your Hatch representative or the Hatch support team to obtain an API key for your account. The key is scoped to your organisation and grants access to contacts, communication history, and webhook events.
In the Actionist Apps tab, find Hatch and click Connect. Paste your API key into the field provided and click Test connection.
Actionist will run a read-only verification call against your Hatch account. Once the test passes, your agents are ready to create contacts, monitor communications, and trigger workflows.
