AITable.ai
· #297 most-usedAI-powered spreadsheet database for teams who automate everything
AITable.ai is an AI-native visual database that blends the familiarity of a spreadsheet with the power of a relational database — plus built-in AI for chat-based querying, workflow generation, and custom chatbot creation. Teams use it to run CRM pipelines, project trackers, support queues, and HR databases with no code. Connect AITable.ai to Actionist and your agents can create and update records, manage datasheets and fields, upload attachments, sync data across spaces, and trigger downstream actions the moment a row changes — turning every table in your workspace into a live, automated data layer.
Eliminates manual work. Agents eliminate the manual cycle of copying data into AITable.ai datasheets, running weekly export-and-paste reporting, and updating record statuses by hand after events in other systems.

New form lead lands in CRM datasheet within a minute
The Sales Agent finds or creates a record in the CRM Leads datasheet, enriches it with company data from Clearbit, updates the deal stage, and posts a Slack notification to the sales channel — giving the rep a qualified lead entry with full context before they even read the Slack message.
Time saved for your team — every week, on autopilot

What your team gets back — two angles: what you stop doing manually, and what that's worth.
