QuickBooks Online
· #12 most-usedAutomate your books, invoices, and payments
QuickBooks Online is Intuit's cloud accounting platform used by millions of small businesses to manage invoices, expenses, bills, payroll, and financial reporting. Connect it to Actionist and your agents can create and send invoices, record expenses, sync customer and vendor records, match bank transactions, and surface overdue payment alerts — all without anyone opening the QuickBooks dashboard.
Eliminates manual work. Agents eliminate manual data entry for invoices, bills, and expenses, automate the accounts receivable chase cycle, and keep customer and vendor records in sync across systems — removing the most time-consuming recurring finance tasks.
What your QuickBooks Online agent runs on autopilot
A week of scheduled jobs your Actionist agent will execute on your behalf.
QuickBooks Online × every other app you use
End-to-end automations that span multiple apps — each one a real business outcome.
Invoice raised and sent when a project is completed
When a ClickUp project moves to Done, the Finance Agent finds the client in QuickBooks, creates an invoice with the agreed line items from the project brief, and sends it to the customer. The account manager receives a Slack notification with the invoice number and amount — billing happens the moment delivery does, not days later.
Time saved for your team — every week, on autopilot
